CHAT CHANCEUX Réductions – Verified Deals & Offers | October 2026

Reliable for cat supplies

I've bought from Chat Chanceux a few times now. This last order was for a distributeur de croquettes automatique and a new tapis de litière. Like my previous orders, everything arrived well-packaged and was exactly as described. Their shipping times have always been consistent for me, usually within a week. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and the quality is always there.

Great value on first order

I was looking for a new lit apaisant for my older cat. I used the welcome offer and got a pretty good discount. The bed arrived quickly, and my cat actually uses it! Felt like a smart purchase and definitely saved me some money compared to other places I looked.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered the GunCat pistolet avec boule de plumes for my cat, and she really enjoys it. The toy itself feels well-made and durable. The website was easy enough to navigate. My only minor gripe was that delivery took a little longer than I expected, around 7 business days, but it did arrive safely. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status.

Detailed review of my order

I placed an order for a collier anti-étranglement and a set of boucles d'oreilles félines for myself. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Florida, which was reasonable. The cat collar seemed sturdy and the quick-release mechanism worked perfectly. My cat hasn't had any issues with it. The earrings are delicate and look just like the pictures online; they came in a small, nice pouch. I had a question about material for the earrings, so I used their contact form and got a reply within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience and both items met my expectations for quality and appearance.
